So the hubby got us a treadmill for Christmas.. and today (January 4th) was the first day on it. I have procrastinated long enough about my weight. Even though I say I dislike my food police, drill sergeant hubby, I know he just wants to encourage, push, and motivate me to being healthy. It takes everything out of me to get on the thing, but I felt good after doing just 20 minutes, tomorrow, I'll try for 25 minutes... Baby steps..
